The fit is true to size. The top is fitted and there is some room in the bust with the adjustable back bow. The dress has a full skirt that has room through the hips and legs. Sandy is 5'10" wearing a size small. Sizing recommendations are Small (0-4), Medium (6-8), Large (10-12).
