We accept exchanges and returns within 14 days of the order. Please send a request for a return authorization to Winnies@winniesboutique.com. Include your order number and the item you would like to exchange or return. All items must be unworn, unwashed with the original tags attached and in original condition. Once approved you will receive a return authorization with instructions. You can mail your order to us or drop it off at our store location. All returns will be processed separately from the store.
